I initially tried out hibiscus tea at a health spa in india and dearly loved the flavour. When I learned about the health benefits, I became genuinely encouraged to purchase some. Couldn't find it in any way in any nearby stores but bought on the net. I have been consuming about three cups a day (cold) for around 15 days now and the newest hypertension reading was the very best it has been in Many years! I highly recommend.

True...a stain may remain after the dyeing process. But hopefully if the garment was dyed a dark enough color the spot would blend in more and make the garment more comfortable for wear again.

I'd like to add that hibiscus tea dyes fabric a lovely shade of pinkish lavender. ...

Tea dying works really well too, since pomegranate juice is sometimes $$ in larger quantities w/o sugar.

This is a great post! Natural dying is SO fun!
